SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to the US mainland, the UK, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, New Zealand and Spain.

All orders already include applicable tariffs, so no additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

Please note:

- At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) due to high shipping costs.

- We’re unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

PROCESSING AND DISPATCH

All orders are processed within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

SHIPING COSTS

We currently offer free shipping.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times depend on distance to location. Normally the packages will be delivered within 8 to 15 business days after your order has been processed.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to track your shipment.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Whilst we hope you will love everything that you order from us, we understand that sometimes something isn’t quite right. If this is the case you have 7 days to send it back to us. 7-Day Return Policy Valid Until June 15, 2026.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please retain all original packaging and notify us within 7 days of delivery. Claims must include clear photos of the item, the outer box, and all packing materials. This documentation is essential for assessing the issue and determining the appropriate resolution.

All returns must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back. You must send a Refund and Return request to support@rawthen.com within 7 days of the order’s delivery date. Once we have authorized your request, we will email you the return instructions.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns on items, so please be aware before purchasing that returning these items will be your responsibility, unless the item is damaged or broken.You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
