Refund policy
Unused products may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. 7-Day Return Policy Valid Until June 15, 2026.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid import fees, the customer will be responsible for return shipping, any customs or import fees, and related handling costs. The total may be deducted from your refund. If the total return and import costs exceed the order value, no refund will be issued.
